How can we help annoy you

Trust FNB to freeze your account on KYC claims and then move you around different call centers when you want to sort it out. Like how can you freeze me and make it sooo difficult for me to sort everything out???? Like who does that??? On top of that, no one responded to the complaint I sent last week on this…come on FNB
