How can we frustrate you

We closed an investment account over 3 weeks ago and we were told it would only take 7 days for our cash to be transferred into our account. So here we are 3 weeks later and nothing. We had to do all their work for them first we had to follow up with SARS who never received any documents from FNB so we had to call them to send it the next week we had to check and call again after that documents were sent . Sent back to FNB to release fund and here we are again following up and listening to excuses and escalation issues .
