How can we exploite you today?

Yesterday I needed a proof of address to do a sim swap. i went to the FNB ATM at Vangate but the ATM statement function was not available so I went into the FNB Vangate Mall Branch . The consultant was extremely helpful and efficient but after doing the statement she told me that the fee for the statement was R223,80. I could'nt believe that the bank would exploit a small business owner to that level. I will definitely be on the lookout for a more helpful bank for small business owners as I feel the gold business account is certainly not a cheap option , in fact that charges ( like the statement charge) border on exploitation to my mind
