How can we exploit you today?

I had the unfortunate experience of my account going into overdraft due to a comedy of errors by a little over R3200. Fnb returned the debit (which I was fine with as it was unauthorized) but I was shocked that they debited me almost R600 in overdraft charges As a small business owner, it appears from my dealings n this experience they will only offer you an umbrella on a sunny day, not when you need it. Definitely not a bank who supports small businesses with this type of exploitation. I will definitely be looking at alternative business banks after this experience.
