How can we confuse you?
I was a FNB PRIVATE CLIENT when I closed my FNB current account some months ago. I then decided to open a NEW cheque account but a Platinum account (***) was opened by the branch. If I was a Private Client before, only a couple of months ago, then why do I not not qualify for Private Client status again? I have NOT been making use of my new account because it is not a FNB PVT Client account. My PVT Bank account number was ***
