How can we avoid helping
With the recent liquidation of STA travel, FNB along with other banks indicated in the media that they would assist their clients with getting refunds. I was hopeful when I read and then contacted the credit card division for assistance. I supp**** all the necessary information they requested. Now they have come back to me requesting additional information that I find ridiculous given that it is publicly known that STA travel is under liquidation. For a bank that says you “how can you help”, it is disappointing that you are not willing to help but rather, how can we avoid helping.
