How can they help you? THEY CANNOT

<p>I opened up an fnb account just last week. I'm a student overseas and I spent 4 hours and 500rand calling fnb "helplines" or supports as they've named them to receive nothing but a ditch and a brick wall!!!!</p> <p>I'm terrible when it comes to understanding banking and I definitely specified my needs and situations before opening the account now I'm stuck on the other sid rod the world trying to pay my fees but FNB SUPPORT can only advice me to go into a branch... I'm sorry the last time I checked there is not TURKISH BRANCH!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>How can you help me? Get rid of the pathetic service and hire competent people to assist!</p>
