"How can I ***** up again"

Its me again with FNB. This time there credit card department (again). I requested in September to move the payment date of my credit card (this case budget payment) to the 1st or end of the month rather than the 18th, due to that my salary only comes in at every last Friday of the month and that I can make payment into the card before it goes over (over spent). This would start only from November me thinking that November's payment will be on the 1st December (this was confirmed also). Well I thought wrong.

I paid as normal for October but to my surprise I received message on the 8th November that my credit card was over spent. FNB and the "clever" people they are wanted payment for the budget early in November not at the end of the month as I explained to them.

Then I talk to a woman that can't grasp what I'm telling her, I requested that that sent the payment date back to as it was, but I know deep down there will still be complications in the future regarding this.

FNB states 'how can they help you', more like how can they ***** up again. But the scary thing is to what other bank do you move to, it really sound like FNB is the best of them so I'm *****ed either way.
