HOW CAN I HELP YOU??????? ALL LIES

In Regards to my Loan Agreement Amount not going down: So, FNB JUST CONTACTED ME. This is what they have to say: 1. Interest goes down every month as payments are made - Correct yet June my interest was R1600 and something, July was R1500 and something, and all of a sudden August back up to R1600, I HAVE NOT MISSED A PAYMENT, THE DEBIT ORDER THAT WENT OFF STATED RECOVERY ?????? SO THEY ARE EITHER DEBITING AT INCORRECT DATES, AND IT IS SHOWING THAT I AM MISSING PAYMENTS OR>???????? I have paid EVERY SINGLE INSTALLMENT, at this rate my loan will never be paid because the interest goes up WHENEVER due to maladministration??? It is utterly unprofessional to outrightly act like all is being done according to the book when it is so clearly not. I pay every month but my interest goes up?? Hmm that makes sense?>>>
