How can I help you.

I opened an FNB account for my son a few years ago. In January 2016 I opened further accounts for myself which which the bank then linked to my sons account. At the time I handed in all FICA documents. My sons accounnt has now being suspended due to lack of compliance! At no time has any one from the bank contacted us to ask for FICA documents for him. Surely a text, email or even letter or telephone call should be required before you suspend an account. Further how does an eighteen year old Matric pupil have an account in his name? The worst service failing was that the call centre was so badly staffed it took him more than 45mins and all of his airtime to only be cut off! Disgusting could not care less service!!
