How Can I help myself?

Visited the Mall at Reds branch which is closed for renovations. This not noted on the website. The sign at this branch redirects to the Saxby branch in Eldoraigne Saxby branch do not have tellers. The manager Bernice is very unhelpful as she apparently let head office know earlier in the week that the sign needs to be amended to include that there are no tellers at the Saxby branch.

Called my Premier banker and his advice is to visit a third bank which will take over 15 minutes to reach.

No effort from FNB to assist with the matter.
