How can I f*ck you

I have two personal loans and they have got into arrears. I have tried to make a payment arrangement and they want the full amount. I am earning considerably less and cannot afford it at the moment. The take any money that is deposited into my account and now they adding extra charges for debit orders that they put through and they know there is no money so why put the debit order through. Just a money making racket. I am poor due to covid and stop adding extra costs for no reason you know when there is money so stopping adding insult to injury. I asked for help before it became a problem and I was chased away. Please lets sort this out once and for all. I can send you all the emails I have sent to try and to work out an amicable agreement and nobody bothers to answer. I have less money and you continue to ***** via bank charges. I want my current account closed. also I have supp**** an alternate number on numerous occasions and nobody has called me on it. My phone broke and I don't have the means to replace it so please take note of the number on the profile
