How can FNB offer a service that they can not deliver!

Good day

I am extremely disappointed in FNB to offer licence renewals through the navigate life app that FNB clearly have no clue about. I was called by Koos from Mossel Bay ( he is supposed to renew my licence as per mail from FNB) requesting me to go to Mossel Bay as the Traffic department need an Affidavit to authorize Koos to renew my Licences. WHY did I pay for this service if it can not be delivered.! I just received a call from a lady to confirm the delivery address of the licences as they want to courier the renewals!!! Listen carefully....The licences can NOT be renewed as Koos does not have authorization to renew my licences!

Most pathetic service ever from FNB please rethink services like this before your offer the service.!

Please refund my money and send me proof.
