How can FNB not help you!

I was a victim of card cloning on the 23rd of February 2020. I reported this to the ***** division and they assured me that within 10 days I would be contacted with the outcome of the investigation. This did not happen! To date no one has contacted me about this matter and I have sent emails and received no response! I have already found the person who did this to me! Well done FNB ***** division!
