How Can FNB Help Me

Went to do a deposit on the 20 th April at the FNB ATM in suncoast, unfortunally one of my notes was retained . I then called the call centre to find out what gives, they informed me that I should Fill out a Claim Dispute Form at the nearest Branch which was FNB Florida Road . I then went to fill out my form on the 25th of April, the consultant ,ho I may add was more concerned about socializing with Colleagues and from the looks of things didnt have a cooking clue about what she was doing then took my form and informed me that it will take 5-7 working days. Cool! Not! After 3 weeks of checking , i wasnt reimbursed , so I called the Call centre again to follow up- according to them they had no record of my dispute . I then had to ask to leave during work time , to sort this out at the branch- according to the next consultant she needed to follow up with the consultant who initially dealt with my claim - after offering to wait , Iwas assured that they would contact me and left my detail with them. NO FOLLOW UP THAT DAY OR THE NEXT. Called the Call Centre AGAIN - they put me through to claims who then sent me another form for filling out , which I sent back immediately with a complaint to the address on the form , I received a repsonse saying that that department didnt deal with my sort of dispute and that it would be forwarded to another department this was on the 9th June. I then went back to the bank on the consultant seeing the frustration on my face , then offered to deal with the claim herself promised to follow through with the claim -which was then handed over to the manager of the branch, who called me sent through the forms again apologised profusely for misplacing my initial claim and made me fill out the dispute claim AGAIN!!! Promised me she would have it sorted in two days ... IM STILL WAITING !!!! called the CALL CENTRE AGGGAAAAINNN- none of them deal with ATM Deposit disputes , How as a bank do you create ATM deposits , but are not equipped to deal with Malfunctioning of your ATM??? how when its time to reimburse ME, there are issues???
