HOW CAN FNB ENDORSE THIS

Barret & Associates,It seems they do the collections for FNB credit card.I have received many missed call from Barret.It seems it's their modus operandi. If you then phone back you pay for the call while waiting to speak to a consultant. As I understand it they will also then charge you.HOW CAN FNB ENDORSE THIS.I have spoken to a supervisor there and she promised to see who did it, but no call back to me.I also add another customers complaint that affirms my opinion.\ I am convinced that they make missed calls and then bill you for it! Surely they could just email me to confirm what the correct contact number is and update their records. Thank goodness I am not a FNB client because it says a lot about their ethics if they endorse Barret & ***. <br> I will gladly retract this statement and apologise if they can prove to me that they did actually make contact with me every-time and I want to see the amount of time spent on every phone call including missed calls.
