The Hillcrest Branch of FNB is a revelation. They have created an atmosphere of friendliness, trust, efficiency and customer satisfaction beyond anything I have experienced in any bank ever (and I have been to banks all over the world). You are greeted with smiles, seated, given a number, shown where to go when your number is called (not a long wait) and treated with respect, kindness, and the kind of patient consideration which I have never experienced in any other branch. They help you to use the ATM to print statements or get your balance. They explain what to do if you get confused and explain how things work. The manager is loved and respected by every one of his staff and is open to visits, answers questions and solves problems right then and there. He remembered me after an absence of two years!
