I've been trying to speak to someone in housing at fnb to reduce my interest rate after I've made huge prepayments. I've been sent from pillar to post without any assistance. I've been given an email address for housing which I've emailed more than 4 times now over two weeks with no response. How can we help you? By closing my accounts.
