Housing Finance "Bond" Not resolved. Unfair treatment. No notification was sent to me about the Auction

I app**** for a debt review last year on the 01 October 2020 for my personal loan and bond. FNB only approved the personal loan to be under debt review and the Bond was declined. The reason they declined it was because of the attachment of 2018 of which i did pay off the amount that was in arrears. The consultant that was assisting Elvis Rasebotse kept on saying i did not pay in full. I provided the proof of payments last year already in October 2020. Since from October 2020 the email were being exchanged trying to proof that i paid in full. Legally speaking the COB for 2018 is voided and the Bond must be included under debt review. To my surprise on the 18th of January 2021 i received an email from Elvis Rasebotse telling me that my house has been put on Action for the 29th of January 2021.

NB : I did not receive any notification from FNB or Sheriff informing me about Auction. Had i received the notification, i could have defended myself on time by informing the Magistrate that i app**** for a debt review.

FNB did not inform me of their intention to sell my house, i was not even told what to do to avoid the sale of my house . No emails to notify me. They did that knowing very well that i app**** for a debt review from October 2020 and the delay was caused by Elvis Rasebotse who claimed that i did not pay in full. Only yesterday i received an email saying " The client is under debt review, the bond can be included if the client pays off the arrears" from Ashleigh Meintjies. I requested for a callback for further clarification in this matter, she never bothered to call me. They say i need to pay amount in arrears for my account to be under debt review and at the same time my house is listed for Auction for this week Friday . The delay was caused by Elvis Rasebotse from October 2020 with incorrect reason as to why my account should not be put under debt review.

Initially the amount in arrears were caused by FNB when they decided to switch my Bond account from fixed interest rate to variably without my permission in 2019. I did select the fixed interest rate option and my account is still within 5 years as the owner of the house but they changed my installment from R4300 to R5800. I queried with them nothing was done instead they changed it to R5200 still the installment was incorrect. I kept on paying my normal amount of R4300 while they kept on billing me R5200 which resulted in account to be in arrears because they did not want to fix the issue. I have decided to escalate the matter to Ombudsman since FNB is not willing to fix this issue and they only want to unfairly take my house away from me

I have not received any feedback from FNB . I am still getting calls from buyers that my house is going for Auction this Friday. I am expecting that my house be removed from the Auction list since the error is on your side. Is this delay done deliberately so you can sell my house ? What is going on ?

How do you say the Bond is approved to be under debt review and at the same time you advertise the house for Auctioning ?
