I have been waiting 4 weeks for a house contents claims no feedback , when I call same response we still investigating as the claim is complex and high view. NEVER insure your possession with Fnb. I will be taking all my insurance else where, as this is the worst service I have ever received.infact I am not receiving any service at this stage.
