Hosting an account of a *********** and you knew it

<p>I have a business banking account with FNB, and was recently *****ed by R50 000 by one their other business account holders. I purchased medical supplies from a medical supply company, and my payments were split in two. First payment was R50 000 and the second was R130 000. The medical supply company provided an FNB account number for payment.</p> <p>When the R130 000 transaction was about to be concluded, I was alerted by FNB staff that the person I am paying the money over to was a ***********. They immediately blocked that transaction.</p> <p>I immediately went to the Police Station, laid charges against the ********s however my ISSUE with FNB is this: They were fully aware that one of their account holders was a ***********, but were reluctant to give me any information about this said client to provide to the police, and refused to reverse the first R50 000 transaction??</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to get my R50 000 back from FNB. Please help!</p>
