Hostag.e situation on twitter

On 14 March 2024, I wrote to RB on twitter to inform them of the notifications i receive on my app. Long story short, yesterday I received more notifications, I then instructed this RB account to cancel or close this useless account because FNB cant solve a simple notification. He is still telling me that the team is investigating. He is even refusing to give me contact details of this team or to tell me if I should just go to branch.

I am instructing you to close that account immediately, I sent my banking details to RB to deposit my investment refunds.
