Hospitalization Claim.

Im disappointed in FNB heath with my 2last claims . I have had this policy paid consistently since 2020. When i got hospitalized in April they paid out no questions asked or documents required. I have sent through 2 recent claims and received emails on required documents which i have forwarded documents i could retrieve. However a medical report is required from treating specialist for both claims and unfortunately the charge to get a medical report completed is expensive. I want to know how does the 1st claim get approved and no questions or documents required from my side. And this is only my 3rd time claiming since i took this policy. This is very frustrating and disappointing.
