Hospital Cash Plans are a ****!

I have been paying for my Hospital Cash Plan for years. Part of the terms are that I use Netcare for any admissions and my claims will be processed "automatically" and they have kept that for as long as I've joined, needes them. However, I have now been asked to send documents for them to finalise my claim. I've advised them that after my operation I'm barely mobile. I have also advised that I'll be forced to pay a consultation fee and I couldn't afford that. It's been over 10 days and part of their claws say the claim will be assessed and paid within 5 to 10 days. I've spent my holidays stressing about this. Why pay for these things when they can't help you!!
