Horror show

I would choose zero stars if I could. FNB has been an absolute horror show. No one phones to resolve anything. Their app banker chats are absolutely useless. I have a list of bankers replying with copy paste replies and then disconnecting. Their replies are rude and useless. I'd be amazed if anyone replies to this message. But I would advice that no one banks with FNB as their service is atrocious and their support is even worse.
