Horrifying Customer Service

The customer service is horrifying. I am awaiting a Final Response to my complaint. No one is able to give me a time frame as to when this will be received. I was promised an update to my complaint by the 21 August but no one has called me up as yet. Prior to this, whenever I called to get assistance, I kept getting passed from department to department with no assistance. Kept getting told I need to call the department that just passed me through. This is so frustrating.
