Horrified with ********** Activities on credit card and ***** Dept

********** Activities Reported on my credit card. Credit card was blocked on Sunday morning 22 March 2020 2 transactions off which 1 is pending and 1 cleared. Cleared transaction did not reflect on pending transactions or anywhere on my account FNB credit division are useless, I want proof for the transaction that was processed. Their staff are beyond frustrating to deal with. FNB ***** dept personnel makes their client's feel like their clients are the *********, rude and arrogant I refuse to speak to the credit card division or ***** as they simply create unwarranted stress
