Horrified at the service of FNB

I have been banking with FNB for over 25 years and have various products with them including my cellphone sim bundle. I can honestly say I am absoulety horrified at their service in the past week trying to apply for a product, however their help desk agents are shockingly rude and unhelpful and there has been feedback via sms or email. I have even had another mans credit card details entered onto my banking profile because the teller forgot to end my query on the system. I lodged a complaint regarding this error and no response from FNB.

I am so dissapointed that this is what we must accept now days as service. This is not the last as I will now be reviewing all of my experiences with FNB and it can maybe shed some light on a broken banking system.
