HORRIFIED AT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE

FNB has handed me over for a credit card I HAVE NEVER OWNED, I don't even have a bank card with the particular financial service provide. The "lawyers" that I was handed over to have not been able to assist me, they have not produced any documents. I have been listed as A BAD PAYER for something I know nothing about. I have called in and sent numerous emails I have received no help or feedback from FNB.
