Horrified and Highly Annoyed

I cannot believe that this is how useless FNB is??? I have been on the phone for 20 minutes being transferred 10 times because no one can help me with my query. I keep getting told I need to be at a certain department and they transfer me to that department and then get told again no I'm through to the wrong department. 10 time, can you believe it 10 times!!! Really!!Does anyone fort online banking know what they actually doing??
