HORRIFICALLY HORRIFIED ABOUT FNB!!!!!!!!!!

Again, 1 year later and I'm absolutely shocked at not getting any assistance, communication and help from FNB. I've requested multiple to speak to my Banker (ignored). I've asked for alternative numbers(ignored). I've asked SEVERAL questions (ignored).

It's impossible to get to speak to them and when you do, they setup a teams meeting (I had 2) and then when they don't know what to say, they lie to you, just to scare you. And when you request proof of what your **** at, they ignore you again. When you then request the recordings, they refuse to send it with the excuse of (sorry Sir, we didn't record the conversations we had with you in regard to you profile) when you request to do it again, they ask their lawyers to message you and then the lawyers says, sorry sir, the bank doesn't get communication from you. The person I dealt with untill now on one of my accounts is Ishendhren Reddy and his superior.

I've also requested to close my accounts and no one respond to my query!

I will go into the office, to see if I get any joy from there, but one thing I know, I will never ever ever bank at FNB again.

Absolutely shocking and disgusted to the bone!
