I really don't understand why I am still with this bank. They causes chaos on my credit profile and now they want me to wait for days to sort out their own mess. Their consultants are very unprofessional, they cut you while you are still talking to them and they just don't care about your query but to say they will escalate. They will always tell you that a certain department does not have a direct line and that is a lie. I want this resolved is in like yesterday. for me it was not how can we help you, but it has been how can we ruin you.
