Horrific service

My account was debited twice for my loan account . I now have no money left in my account . After waiting almost an hour the consultant told me there is nothing she can do . I’ll have to call again tomorrow to apply for a refund that will take 3-5 working days . In the meantime I won’t be able to get to work and I’ll starve . She gave me the wrong e-mail address for her team leader who could not be reached over the phone. I then called back spoke to Clifford who’s manager is Percy Dube who both didn’t assist me . I might get fired because No employer will take the excuse that I don’t have transport money because I got double debited as an excuse .
