Horrific service

Yesterday I called to withdraw my Share saver and invested. I was kept holding for 10 minutes my airtime finish with no luck of speaking to anyone. I then opened my app chat and was told to email or call again even when I told the person that I held for 10 min. I then sent them and email yesterday and got an auto response. Good day,
