Horrific service

Law on call has turned into a money making scheme and it’s really annoying cause when you need legal advice they don’t assist you and then they refuse to refer you to a lawyer that can assist.I have a case that was open in January and Dion is not handling it properly! Every time when I call his not available and the other legal advisors cannot assist then they promise he will call me back which does not happen.i sent an email 3 days ago it has not been responded to which means that they don’t even keep their SLA. I’m really not happy with FNB law on call and I would like someone to call me ASAP with my query of which it is urgent .
