HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE
I am extremely upset and utterly disgusted that no one was able to assist or direct me to the relevant department to query a simple loan increase. Never in my life have I experienced the level of incompetence and poor service that I received from FNB today. I called to query my revolving loan increase as I have not received the quote that was supposed to be sent to me on Friday morning and I have been transferred from pillar to post a total of 16 times in an hour. FNB is really dropping the ball in the worst way.
