Horrific Customer Service

I am absolutely disgusted by the service and help (or lack thereof) that we have received from FNB. They have been taking funds and fees with no warning or care and for no reason. All we wanted was someone to help us and all we got was absolutely zero. FNB is meant to be a customer service focussed bank, but we have received absolutely nothing. Even getting an agent on the phone is impossible. DISGUSTING.
