Horrific customer service.

After being a client to FNB for more than 15 years, I have come to learn that your services are terrible.

I have requested that my account be closed due to FNB not being beneficial to me with unanswered question on application. the bank could not assist me and I have had no joy when trying to improve my financial status.

I have requested on the 14thg that my account be closed. To this day the account remained opened and I was charged a monthly fee when I request well in advance to close the account.

I called the help desk and was transferred to 8 different consultants and the last consultant told be he will assist when the system is up. Thank you to Macia, Hope you honor your word to assist me.
