HORRIFIC CASH CENTRE SERVICE

I've been complaining about the lack of efficient service from your Port Elizabeth cash centre for the last EIGHT(8) YEARS. My banking is at least a day late, everyday, more over the weekend, I've had instances where my Saturday deposits have only been done on a Tuesday. I am not provided with stationery but ours is hardly ever returned, I don't know what you call this but I call it, theft. If there is a shortage, we are not informed as to which drop was short, even though I've explained how important this is, in order for me to take disciplinary action against the offending employee. I complain, the service changes maybe for a couple of days and then it returns to the status quo, which is TERRIBLE. What normally ends up happening is that the cash centre blames the CIT company and vice versa, yet left in the middle and without any valuable solution, is left the client, FNB happily charges excess fees and interest if the client goes over but when it comes to their service delivery or lack thereof, the client must just accept and take the knock financially. I've been provided with excel spreadsheets with drop off times etc. but when I request the actual slip that is given to the CIT company which has the time stamp, I never hear back or it's not available. Why? I've been told to go onto the cash machines, even though not only will it add to my monthly expenses, as these machines don't come cheap, but I have trialed 2 different machines in the past and they just don't work for us. They are down more than they actually work but I've been told everyone is going that way. So here's my question. If everyone seems to be going this way, why does it take longer for the cash centre to check deposit? Surely they have less manual deposits, as well as, the cash being deposited these days is considerably less, since customers are paying with their cards more. These days tellers also have machines to count the money not like back in the day when everything had to be done manually, and then your money was in same day. It seems, EFFICIENCY FOR FNB = MORE EXPENSE TO THEIR CLIENTS. I don't expect any change, the reason being that I've tried complaining but to no avail. Hopefully, my experience gives future FNB clients, pause to think carefully about their decision.
