HORRIFIC BUSINESS BANKING EXPERIENCE WITH FNB

This bank actually deserves ZERO stars. I do not have the words to express the service level HORROR with Fnb and this is after being a client for many years with both Personal and Business accounts with this entity. The service I receive from my Business banker is **********, she can never assist me with anything, its either she cannot or she does not know anything or she is constantly in meetings. I have nothing but regrets dealing with Fnb for so many years. You can never get hold of any bankers as they are always in meetings, but you are expected to pay for these services at the end of the month. In one day, this being 12/3/2025 I have called Thabang, Ntombi different 087 numbers several times and could never get hold of anyone from Fnb. And the sad thing is that none of them will bother to call you back. Truly pathetic service for us customers who have not defaulted and have perfect credit scoring for years. An absolute NIGTHMARE EXPERIENCE NTOMBI KGABI!!! Senior management needs to get INVOLVED with clients...
