Horrid service from FNB ***** department

Fnb customer service is the absolute pits to deal with, an amout of 7000 was taken from my account, i immediatly logged a ***** case with them when i saw the notifications going off my account and also blocked the card, however no one has gotten back to me on the investigations, when you call their call center their agents are clueless transferring me from pillar to post, ask for a manager or team leader to call back they do not care either, all so useless, i am changing banks i know longer trust them with my money, such pathetic service
