Horrid service!

Horrible!

Opened a ***** case with FNB, no one has helped me yet!

Came to HP to complain almost immediately o got a customer care and guess what THEY HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME YET!

Not the customer care nor the ***** department.

Mind you my ***** case was opened on the 3rd of January

Beverly Nukeri, your service is horrid!

And to customer care - thanks for not calling me since the 10th of Feb!
