HORRIBLE,TERRIBLE,UGLY,BAD,DIGUSTING SERVICE FROM FNB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fnb service is highly, highly pathetic, I have been banking with Fnb for 4 years now and I am very pleased to be closing my account with them at the end of this month.
I have app**** many times for a personal loan online with the Fnb online banking NO ONE HAS CALLED ME YET!!!!!!!!!!!!
CUSTOMER SERVICE AT FNB STINKS!!!!!!!!!!!
How long does it take for you guys to contact your clients back? I am very disgusted with this and I will be taking this up and complaining to hello Peter about it, not to mention my Fnb account is always in excess For what ? I don’t even know my damn self!!!! This is so dissatisfying from Fnb and I am very disappointed and disgusted about it.
