Horrible Small Claims Department

FNB's small claims department is by far the worst insurance claim department. The app allows you to submit a complaint however after days of no response I was informed the app does not accept large files which was not communicated prior. Our phones were ****** on Saturday , it is Wednesday with still little to no progress, we have to constantly call and email to find out how far the progress is. The information they require for the claim is even more absurd as most of that information is on the ****** phone. I have lost so much much as my business is conducted through the phone, very very disgusting service.
