Horrible service!!! Worst I ever had

Please save yourself from signing up a policy with FNB Law On Call. They are the worst in the entire continent. I had a policy with them since 2015, I've never claimed and just recently I decided to cancel the policy because I never made use of it and I do not see the point of them deducting money from my acount every month. So I opted for a refund on my premius paid and this was their response "Good Morning Mr Sylverster Please note that your whole family is on your policy such information we don’t have until client provide us with them, due to that no money can be refunded to you." They even spelled my first name wrong. I've never furnish the my family's details to them and such details are not in my policy. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES, I'M WARNING YOU!!!!!
