Horrible service & unprofessionalism

Home loan department - joint account

After my divorce 10 months back, I contacted this depart for the removal of my details on the above mentioned account, as my ex husband opted to keep the house. I was sent from pillar to post up until I managed to get through a department that helped with forwarding my email to the person dealing with the matter. That individual is literally ignoring emails sent to them, even by an internal department.

All process were followed, however no decency to respond, or give an update on the matter.
