Horrible service Still waiting for my refund.

Still waiting for my ******* debit order to be refunded. FNB makes all the promises on Hellopeter, someone gives you a quick call and they disappear from the planet. I cancelled the debit order on the 7th of May, on 1 June they deducted the money. Someone called to say we respond to the Hellopeter report and then no refund so far. How can we help you.
