Horrible service & *****ing money monthly

Absolutely horrible service. They have ignored my emails for over 2 months. I have tried cancelling my fnb insure since September last year, I have manually cancelled the debit order online and sent multiple emails for them to cancel and they still deduct it every month. I have emailed 6 different fnb departments and still get ignored. I have disputed the deductions and have not recieved a cent back. FNB are actually *****ing my money and ignoring me completely. Horrible service
