Horrible service: Private Clients

Horrible!!!! What a terrible bank. My account has been inactive for almost a year if not more. SARS paid in my money into that account and now it's an issue to reverse back the money to SARS. I am not getting any assistance, I called in twice today, No consultant could help, My Banker Faith Botha is never available. This is the reason why I left that bank. Kindly reverse back all the money that has been deposited to their respective account!!! I
