Horrible service - Premium banking

<p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>So lets with when I opened the account, this took over a month from openning the account to getting my cards. They were not even able to at all negotiate my credit card interest rate to get closer to my Nedbank intrest rates, just got the standard rate...</p> <p> </p> <p>Every request sent to FNB like setting up an auto payment or just checking what pricing option I am on was only addressed after I kept on phoning, pricing option was wrong.....</p> <p> </p> <p>My credit card cannot do online shoping, the OTP just never comes. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ebucks are even more useless, I have been trying to get my ebucks working for a month now, I got them to accept that I do have the qualifying criteria but still I don't have any Ebucks although at the prevouis earn tab it states I did earn Ebucks. My emails and calls just get no result. </p> <p> </p> <p>Premuim banking, I think not. </p> <p> </p> <p>Don't waste your time moving to FNB, specialy premuim banking. The frustrations just arent worth it. </p>
